As well as our own staff working from home during the major lockdowns, we were able to provide our customers with the ability to use their office IT equipment from their own homes using our remote access technology at no additional charge to the users.
Post-COVID19 restrictions we continue to offer this facility as part of our Silver and Gold service plans and as an add-on for a small fee on our Bronze plan.
